Good Morning BP Family,

I am a healthcare professional that recently moved to Atlanta. Very interested in learning more about the Atlanta market and looking to get into small to medium sized multifamily investments (i.e. 2 to 25 units).

Looking forward to hoping working alongside you and partnering with individuals that share similar goals!

Warmly,

Hey @Niyi Adewole, welcome to Hotlanta!

MF is an incredibly tight asset class here in Atlanta, many being traded at sub 5 cap. That being said, deals can still be found in the outskirt counties or even just outside the Atlanta MSA. This is especially true if you start building your own lead generation and deal funnel. It's just simply not enough to find a good agent or get on some wholesalers' lists - but definitely do these too because you never know where a good deal may come from!

If you have any questions or need any team member recommendations, please, feel free to reach out anytime! Always happy to chat about the market too!
