New Memeber Introduction

Gabriel Garcia
Posted

Hello everyone,

My name is Gabriel Garcia, and it is a pleasure to introduce myself to you all. I say I am a new member; however, I have had an account since 2020 but have been too hesitant to present myself until now.

A bit about myself: I am 27 years old. Recently, in December 2020, I completed my 7-year enlistment in the Air Force. While serving, I was very frugal and purchased two properties in Georgia while stationed in California.

My first purchase was in 2017. I have to thank my mother for pushing me to take this unexpected leap. Fortunately, I had good tenants who always paid on time, and this taught me the potential of real estate and passive income.

The second property I bought when in 2019. Due to the experience of my first home purchase, the second time around was a lot less stressful. While things are much more stable than when I first started, I am eager to continue learning and achieving my financial freedom goal.

I hope to learn from this community and one day help someone on their journey as well.

Lastly, my hobbies are hiking, running, reading, writing, traveling, and boxing (though I am out-of-practice and desperately need to pick it up again).

Thank you!
