The list needs to be in Excel or CSV format with the following information in separate columns:

First Name

Last Name

Mailing Street Address

Mailing City

Mailing State

Mailing Zip Code

Property Street Address

Property City

Property State

Property Zip Code

I wouldn't combine the lists from 2 different sources. I would mail them separate with 2 different phone numbers so you can track how each list is doing. If you use the same phone number and mail to all 500, you get 20 calls, you will not be able to tell which list generate those 20 calls. We can get you set up with different phone numbers as well if you would like.
