@Ron Hollingsworth have you checked out RESIMPLI? It does everything that you listed, plus so much more. I will say that it’s not perfect, I don’t think there is a “perfect system”, however, for what you listed as your wants/needs in a CRM system, this one won’t disappoint. I moved from Podio to this system and haven’t looked back. The creator/owner of the system is actually a member here on Biggerpockets @Sharad M.  and I can say that his team is top notch when it comes to customer service and responding to its customers. I’m not promoting the system here, just mentioning that I use it and for what you asked for, this was mostly what I was looking for in a CRM and they didn’t disappoint. They are also always updating their system’s features based on customer feedback. The last thing I’ll say is, they are coming out with a major update next month and with that, the pricing is going up, if it hasn’t already. Just trying to save you a few bucks while you can. Hope This Helps

Thank you Brian for the mention. I appreciate it.

@Ron Hollingsworthwelcome to REsimpli!! You signed up at the right time before a price increase coming in a week or two.

@Sharad M. I am also considering switching to RESimpli to replace multiple systems that I am currently using in my business. Does your software have a source for property comps?

No, it does not. Most investors who I know are successful rely on MLS comps over anything else but Propstream is a good ballpark check. We have Zillow integration also.

I have tried to find this info online with no success. Even went ahead and tried to call the contact number on their site and got a voice mail.  We are currently using podio and wanted to possibly transfer our data over to resimpli.  I cant seem to find any guides to help me send my info over to resimpli vs having to type it all over again.

Also cant seem to find the pricing for skip tracing.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

 Hi Mitchell,

I am the Owner & Founder of REsimpli. Excited that you are considering using REsimpli for your business. You don't need to type anything, whatever you can export from Podio, we can import into REsimpli. Shoot me a DM with your contact info and someone from our team will reach out.

We help investors all the time that are switching over from Podio so we are super familiar with the process.

@Sharad M. I am currently using Deal Machine to D4D and get off market leads. Wondering how REsimpli interfaces with this? Thanks

We actually have D4D built right into REsimpli and it's included in each subscription plan so you don't need to integrate. You can just use that within REsimpli :)

Quote from @Tommy Hardin:

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to give an update for RESimpli now that I have been using it for a couple of months now. Please keep in mind, this is my opinion and I am not being paid by RESimpli or any other person for my comments. Hopefully, I can actually help the Investing Community with my own experiences and this will help someone decide if this software is for them or not.

First let me say, that I am totally impressed with how the company is run and that starts with Sharad. I am not just saying this because he is on this forum or post. He really is a proactive person. The company is as well. So far my experience with Resimpli's Customer Support has been exceptional. One of the reasons i chose ReSimpli was because I called one of the other companies I had narrowed my CRM down to (will withhold the name of the company) and they had one of the worst support teams I have ever experienced. They could hardly answer any questions and the ones they did answer just seemed a bit off and lacking. I gave them two chances just in case they had a newer support person. So ReSimpli wins out in this category.

I know I mentioned good support but also they have really good onboarding as well. They also tell you that if you need additional onboarding that they are happy to set up additional classes.

One thing I like is that they have a weekly Mastermind call. This is a good chance to see how to put the software to work. Sometimes there are guest speakers and sometimes it is Sharad showing you how to use the software. The videos are recorded and you can go back in the Help section and watch them later.

Now here is something that I hope changes. One of the reasons I chose ReSimpli was to also send out postcards. It is pretty easy to use and send out postcards. However, it may be 12 days before the order goes out (I think that is what it was on my last order). It worries me that another investor may reach my targeted homeowner before I do. I hope this amount of time will be reduced in the future.

There are always improvements taking place. Each month so far new updates have been added to the software making it easier to use. They even ask you for input to make changes. Just this past week, I got an email letting me know that they are making changes to all of the plans. Now all plans include List Stacking AND all plans now include the Driving For Dollars app. I have to say, that was pretty cool. A company adding more options to a plan instead of trying to Nickle and Dime me with upsells. How refreshing!

So my first few months with RESimpli have been good. The software is fairly easy to use and they really are on top of things. I hope this helps.

Thank you Tommy. I appreciate the kind words and everything you have mentioned about REsimpli. Our goal is to always keep adding more value than what our investors would ever expect.

We have some other pretty BIG updates coming in Q3 to continually keep adding value to real estate investors like yourself.

Thank you again for your kind words

Have the issues with the REsimpli logo showing up in Esign been resolved? This question is in relation to Ryan Dossey's video on YouTube. I also remember Ryan saying numbers were showing up in caller ID as REsimpli and having to call up the Helpdesk to get them to change it to identifiers that would relate to his company.

Just curious if these items have been resolved.

Hi Tommy,

The numbers don't say REsimpli in Caller ID. You can change it to your custom name if you would like otherwise, it would just show the phone number in Caller ID.

We use a 3rd party for eSign and eSign don't have custom branding currently.

 Hey Sharad,

Thanks for replying. I didn't even know you had replied. I guess I need to change some settings on BiggerPockets to notify me in the future. I started with Podio (Premium) and already I am seeing it's limits without having to spend a lot of time customizing it or hiring someone to do it or even paying a monthly fee to some third party. I have been going back and forth between RESimpli and FreedomSoft. I feel both offer a tremendous amount of value. Neither are cheap but I feel they both are probably are going to be the best solution for me. So I just need to make a decision and go with it. I just started wholesaling/investing and my leads are growing and the follow up is what I am wanting to make sure I can handle and that is where I believe your software as well as FS is really good at doing. I want to be able to send mailers directly from my CRM. Not only in bulk but one at a time if needed in a follow-up sequence or drip sequence. From the videos I watched and everything I read I think RESimpli does a good job of that. All of this is just from marketing and tutorials I have seen on the internet though. I appreciate you responding to my questions. That speaks volumes to me.

More than happy to help.

@Sharad M. Thank you for the explanations you gave. Im looking at REsimpli and I have a few concerns that I was not able to get from the answers to in the "frequently asked questions".

1. Can we extract our data if down the line we decide to go with a different CRM.

2. I have a small team but work 3 different markets. Do I need 3 separate accounts

3. Can it integrate with other software through Zapier? Like SmrtPhone, REreply, Ballpoint Marketing..

4. Has the loading or wait times improved? I heard this was an issue a long with bad or inconsistent call connection.

Some of these concerns were brought on by reviews of other investors using it as I'm doing my due diligence, trying to upgrade from Podio to something more professional and robust.

Thank you in advance

1. Yes, you can export your data at any time.
2. No, you can manage multiple markets in one account. We have MANY investors using REsimpli that in multiple markets. Lauren Hardy from Wholesaling Inc is one of them.
3. Yes, though we have a dialer built right in REsimpli so you won’t need a dialer integration.
4. Yes! Those were part of growing pains for us back in Nov/Dec. We made some infrastructure changes and have been running great since.
