Software's to help with organization

I am a new wholesaler and I am better off on the sales part of real estate talking and negotiating numbers but I'm not to good with organization and having trouble using softwares and understanding all them what are some good software's for begginers for gemerating my leads and follow ups and also a software for auto dialing and transferring the people i call to certain list of interest levels ??

@Tom Shallcross thank you I'm struggling with learn the softwares and organizing leads not very tech savvy but I'm trying to learn
