Northern Virginia real estate investing company seeks an Inside Sales Manager (ISM) to assist our real estate team! This is a commission only position.

As an Inside Sales Manager you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team.

This is a perfect position for a tech savvy, seasoned sales person who is trying to learn the real estate investing business. The ideal candidate is great at building relationships with customers, is results oriented and has excellent organizational and time management skills.

All candidates must:

- Be available to process leads a minimum of 2 hours daily

- Have a confident phone voice/manner

- Have good written communication skills

What do you want your team to do? I don’t see your vision of who is on your team and why.

We do this with callrail. It is a great tool for our business. I am also experimenting with Twilio to do the same thing for less cost and more control. Call rail is $30 for 10 lines. We buy additional lines for $3 per month. Twilio is $1 per month plus usage. I am using disk space on a website to run the Twilio service.

if you buy a couple more units you are going o have to make the decision to get a property manager r spend more time in the Richmond area. Sounds like you are pretty busy in Loudoun County too!! I think the decision for a property manager is coming pretty soon for you. By The way, I use Cozy to collect rents and I let them be the "heavy" with email and text reminders. It's a free service.
