Northern Virginia real estate investing company seeks an Inside Sales Manager (ISM) to assist our real estate team! This is a commission only position.

As an Inside Sales Manager you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team.

This is a perfect position for a tech savvy, seasoned sales person who is trying to learn the real estate investing business. The ideal candidate is great at building relationships with customers, is results oriented and has excellent organizational and time management skills.

All candidates must:

- Be available to process leads a minimum of 2 hours daily

- Have a confident phone voice/manner

- Have good written communication skills
