Hey @Alvaro Rodriguez.  Well done mate!!  I would guess you do a few things extremely well.  Do those things in real estate, and outsource/ignore the other stuff.  For example, don't cold call if you hate the phone.

Check out your local meetups, and to add value maybe you could offer free consultations about XYZ Real Estate task.  That's only one example.
