HELLO! NEWBIE ALERT

I just wanted to reach out and say I love the Bigger Pockets Podcasts! Also, I am really excited to be here. Every morning on the way to work I listen to the podcasts and just feel like I learn so much.

I wanted to just share a little bit about myself and my goals and see if anyone had any advice.

Right now I am 23 years old, and I work as a car salesman. I have a Bachelors degree in a somewhat unrelated field, and have quite a bit of school debt that I am just now receiving the bills for. I also am becoming a Real Estate Agent on the side when I am not working. ( Going through pre-licensing now) And although I have quite a few specific goals, they all really base themselves around two things.

1. Opening up free time for family

2. Cash Flow

My goal is to obtain a large number of units and hold as cash flow until the property has appreciated to the point of where my exit strategy makes sense. I also would like a side hustle/ business of my own that I am planning and working on now.

I hope this wasn't too vague, and I would appreciate any help or direction.

Other interests would include flipping and wholesaling but honestly as many of you can relate I am sure, anything real estate just gets me excited!

Thanks in advance!
