Hey are we!!  Anyone have any thoughts on a good CRM to use?  It doesn't need to have all the bells and whistles.  Wanting to get organized early, and stop with spreadsheets and emails to myself.  Cheers in advance.

How ya going Bigger Pockets.  I'm new to the game, and glad to be here.  Focused on my first multifamily or house hacking.  Interested in larger commercial transactions for a bit of fun.  I think it would be cool to own a shopping center.  Look forward to having a chat.
