@KC Conti I purchased a fourplex in McAllen, Texas in July. It’s going better than the few rentals I have in Portland where I live.

We have a property manager and so far it’s not bad.

@Christopher Smith I was wondering the same and been thinking that one benefit of LLC is that one can shield other assets such as 401k if something goes wrong. One example is if one defaults and then they can't go after any other assets

last one that I just broke contact with.

It is hard to believe what it was like and honestly don’t know how I can trust them.

I know others maybe different but traumatized for now. Few hundred box don’t worry me at all, I paid them about 10k with just doing minor no value added work.
