@Wale Lawal thank you so much. I am an engineer too and want to get a real estate license so bad. I find engineering to be very demanding from a time standpoint and feel like I am working on my engineering job all the time and can never be done.

@William Harvey thank you William. I need to learn more about syndication. My husband thinks it’s like stock market and if so why not invest in stock market.

Also, definitely find it hard to figure out who I can trust .

@Jordan Burnett agree with you. I need to learn more about syndications. It’s hard for me to trust someone since I am having a hard time getting out of my contract with property management.
