Hello fellow investors.  So how important is the date set forth on a contract?  Example, if you are in the process of selling a home and for some reason the buyer is not able to hit the proposed contract date, what can really happen?  anything?

I know you can't force someone to buy if they are not ready or if they made some changes to their financials which is now causing a little heartburn with the lending institution, but what can you really do at the point?

OK my fellow posters. I need some input regarding a possible business venture as we move into the new year. As my daughter is searching for colleges, we are considering buying property in the same city and she will be attending college and very soon. Is it worth purchasing a property, hold on the property for year, and then moving her into the property after her first freshman school year? Has anyone taken this approach as an investment opportunity?

As luck would have it, as we are seriously considering moving to our staging the house someone might be posting an offer soon.

Thank you for the input.

Hello Morgan, we have used a few tittle companies for some time now, but find that Capital Title out of grapevine seems to be the best by far....
