Hello, my name is Morgan my husband and I are new to the real estate game and are currently trying to find a good " investor friendly" title company. I'm needing to know the types of questions that I would need to ask to make sure I want to work with them and if anyone has a good referral please send me the info.

Thanks

Hi Morgan,

Welcome to our investor friendly BP Community!! I bet you guys are excited to get things going you are in a good state to be flipping or making rentals for your portfolio. If you are looking to just work the Texas market I would try Capital Title. But, if you are thinking you may want to be able to go outside the Texas area Old Republic Title is a far bigger company that can handle both your local Texas & outside of Texas deals. But, like everyone else has mentioned get out to your local REI meetings they are always your best source of information going on in your local investing marketplace. If you have any questions or would just like to talk about your investing plans please feel free to contact me and I will try and help.

Good Luck on your RE Investing and Have a Fantastic Day!!
