Stage or not!

Ok, I've seen many discussion regarding this topic but now its really controlling one of my properties....kindof......

so we have a property my wife and I continue to go back on forth on regarding this topic...

Property is not moving as quickly as we had hope so we are now considering staging this home....

What do you think.......????

Should we stage this property or not...?

@Mindy Jensen  We stage here in Denver. The lower price points are so competitive you don't have to stage those, but on higher end properties staging is a must. It helps to add appeal to the property and you can make it look fancier/ more upscale with the right staging.
