Looking to buy my first property from NWR.  If everything workout as it should.....

Still have a few questions, but we will see.  Nothing wrong with keeping my doors open to other companies providing the same service or investors.

Hello All, I am new to the forum and looking to get into this business.  My wife and I are already looking for our first flip.  I am in the process of reading the book published on this site as we speak.  But any suggestions, things to lookout for, etc would be greatly appreciate it.

I have already met with the team at Net Worth Realty.  So far the team has done what they said.  I am receiving a TON of emails with possible properties.  Just a little "gun shy" before we pull the trigger to buy our first property.
