@Sean Dolan I don't I would have never told anyone not to listen to another person marketing ideas. But since you said that I would love to know why would you think it would be a waste to spend $300 on Facebook ads.

The reason I ask is that with the right research, marketing tactic you can find hot leads easier and faster. Driving for dollars works great also, but you're limited in your reach.

I think @Nestor Penado was looking for the next best step in his journey of marketing. But as of now, I will just love to know from your experience why do you think its a waste of money when myself and other top marketers are having great success with it.

@Michael Flynn

I will create a landing page website to collect leads and then go on Facebook to run some ads to capture those leads at a low price per click. This is the easiest way to get it unless you want to do lots of driving and spending money on effective online marketing.

@Dustin Cook

Blogging is something I been doing for over 15 years now, and the key is to find one topic and drill it into the ground. Break that topic into categories, and come up with ten headline titles for each one of them. Before you know it, you will have 100 blog post ideas.

But look, that's just the start of it because you still have to know how to format your content, optimize the page for SEO.

@Nestor Penado

Setting up the capture page is the #1 thing I would've done also. Next is to take that $300 to use it in a very smart way by targeting people on FaceBook ads. Make it very targeted and the results could be wonders. Keep me posted bro

@Tristan S.

Well, I will say if you have the basic info such as names and addresses then you must start to think outside the box. There are a number of services out there but there is nothing still better than picking up the phone and just calling people. Heck that's how I got my first deal and more.

@Tasia Turner

Leads can be generated from all forms of marketing tactic. Searching through the county office is a great place to start. This is only if you can obtain the info you need to make an educated decision. I've started my real estate career skimming those records also and have found great nuggets. I say give it a try, but once you start your direct mail make sure you have an "educational website" to refer people back to. It helps on closing leads

@Alberto Stein Rios I'm not fully sure if there is a capability on that platform for that, but  I maybe wrong because I haven't used it years. Say that....its a great place to showcase your properties due to tot he fact tons of people search the site each day.

If all else fails just insert the direct link, and write a good description to attract the leads.

Congratulations @Jose Castillo on getting those leads to respond and most importantly having the opportunity to gain a property.

Hint: If you don't have a website address on your yellow letters then think about doing this. This gives people the chance to read more about you and find out what services you off. Believe it will allow you to convert more leads.
