Texting automation and CRM
Hi everybody,
I am currently looking for a software/website/service that would fill the following needs :
I have leads (name, address, phone numbers) and would like to have them all in one place and be able to automate follow up texts based on my own preferences (frequency, body). I would love to find a service that would work with my google voice number and would still give me the ability to access the texts and make phone calls from my phone as well.
Is there any services I could use to perform those tasks in an automated manner?
Thanks for your help.

I would recommend Podio and you can build your own features by your own.
But to save time, pay some more $ and subscribe with Globiflow on Podio which provides very competitive tools or you can use InvestorFuse on Podio which is a complete CRM suite tools for RE Investors. Both of them are the best to automate your business and to give access to your VAs to use your CRM without any security/privacy problems.
Just dig it yourself and see which one you'd prefer, each one of them provides videos and Demo describing their features.
My experience with Realeflow is very good too. They provide great tools for repairing costs estimate and Repair planner with "slightly" accurate comps (so I'm using FlipComp.com as additional tool). Also, they provide very nice tools to build your websites and integrate them with your social media accounts, which is not provided by neither Podio nor their partners/Developers. However, their website is slow and crashes a lot, which is not good for fast paced business or busy business. Last thing to keep in mind, Realeflow have a deal with HomeDepot to have 2% cash back and 20% discounts on Paints if that's a potential feature to consider.
P.S. I'm not an affiliate with any of the mentioned websites or tools, I'm just a user and giving my advice based on experience.
