@Christopher Imbarrato i owned couple college rentals and I will suggest to go into the Facebook groups on the college that you are near by. They have off campus housing fb groups and that’s a great way.

I also suggest to ask if they have WhatsApp” groups. International students use WhatsApp a lot and sometimes they look for places to rent there.

Good luck!

Not sure if this will still help you but I won't recommend to go in forbearance. I was 2 days to close a refinance and I couldn't. I did same thing as you. Tried to save some money to keep investing and it bite me back. Im still talking to the potential lender but they refuse to refinance. Hope it helps

Hey guys,

Im looking to refinance a single family rental that I closed December 30th, 2019 in West haven Connecticut. We bought it cash and Im looking to refinance and even if we reached almost a 2% rule Im having issues:

Banks requiring 6 months seasoning or can't close on a LLC

I have some lenders that can close on a llc but offer 6% interest rate and Im looking for something more conventional

Does anybody knows any refinance program for a conventional refinance rental and that we can close on a LLC?

Thanks in advance,

Andres

I found super slam dunk deal here in CT. I'm going to make a cash offer and I have an investor with the funds that I'm going to fund the project with. Since Ive bought all my rentals with conventional mortgage I'm a little lost.

I have couple of questions,

1. When I'm making the offer, what kind of proof of funds from my investor is acceptable for the sellers realtor?

2. Can I make an offer with my name only, use my private investor proof of funds and then create an LLC with him and close under the LLC?

Thank you guys!
