Im an active investor in CT looking for opportunities out of the state. I was looking in Indianapolis and according to my market reseach this could be a great opportuniy. Ive been looking for the past month couple properties.

Im looking to build a strong team of: Lawyers, realtors, contractors, property managers, etc.. Im planning to travel in this month or next one to look closer the market.

Im looking for a good deal on windows either online or any store. I need to replace arround 8-11 on a triplex and im trying to find good price, it could be vinyl windows. Does anybody knows prices in CT or anywhere in the states?

@Brent Coombs hes a new partner with a lot of money to invest, not necessarily an investor. Im using my experience to have a good return. I havent use a hard money lender yet and i was curious but i will evaluate the deal again and see what will be best, thank you!

Hi guys, 

I have a question. Today i was watching a REO in a super discount price. I have a partner (which is the money guy not a investor) and hes hesitating with this deal. If hes not going for it i will go with a hard money lender. My agent asked me for a proof of funds aling with the offer, I dont have any hard money lenders yet. Does the hard money lenders will give me a proof of funds right away if he thinks this is a good deal?

Anybody with experience here?
