Mortgage Forbearance Question

If I take a forbearance period with my mortgage company due to the COVID19 for lets say a three month period, can I then have another bank buy out my loan? In turn avoiding three months of payments....

The idea is to stack cash quick to reinvest into other property. Also use my local credit union that I have a good working relationship with to buy out my loan at a lower rate by a quarter percent saving me long term money at the end of forbearance.

I know it all sounds a little selfish, but.....

Thank you for taking the time to read.
