BP does it again, @Adriel Hsu thank you for giving the real experience!! Lots of lessons learned, but I can only imagine the motivation it's given you to keep making moves. I'm looking forward to it. Thank you!

Great feed, I will be following this. I'd like to make some purchases top of the year there. @Cavin Brown Please add me to your Buyer's list. I don't have my criteria set yet, so I'm open to a lot of opportunities. I'm looking to use the BRRRR strategy.

@Tyler Burroughs I am also looking to pursue this strategy. Set up a few keyword alerts on this so you can read up on good and bad experiences. Attend a few meetups as well, there are lots of great networking opportunities.

@Lataya Spikes I use hcad.org, but in my case it shows the same address for the owner as the property addres. So, in that case I'm reaching out to neighbors for contact detail.

@Anthony Ellison How about the property is decades behind on taxes and then the house gets demolished adding an extra $17k onto the bill! As soon as you buy, that becomes your debt. You may be able to work with Linebarger Blair and Sampson on purchasing with some of it forgiven. Maybe a title company could help ensure it so that no one can come later and claim the lot.

@Patrick Barker That timeline's just about in sync with mine. I've listened to podcasts, read books (still), and saved up. I look to acquire a property this year. It's time to make that leap!

Wishing you much success in your real estate career.

Good deal @Patrick Barker

Any lessons learned you'd like to share? I'm currently looking to get started via that strategy.

@Bradley Shive I'm not sure if you are thinking of going this route, but NetWorth Realty (HML) has great properties and resources for buy and holds, as well as flips if you ever changed your mind. I'm networking to find the right fit for a team. I definitely want to work with them to BRRRR.
