Can't find property owner in Houston
I have an interest in a property near my home it's been vacant for over a year. Today I went to take a look at it to get a better understanding of the condition, now that I've seen it I want to make an offer. I have searched the web and every appraisal website, county clerk, tax website and on most of the sites the address doesn't even pull up it's like its a ghost address....how do you find the owner in Houston, Texas?
