BiggerPockets, facebook groups and local investors are great resources.  My clients and I are actively looking for properties in Maryland if you come across anything. Big bonus points if they are in Harford, Baltimore County, Cecil and the Eastern Shore!

I have had great luck in cecil county and on the eastern shore. Both areas have less crime, have a high demand for rental properties and the courts are reasonable. I never have an issue finding qualified, long term tenants.

The market is super hot right now in Baltimore county. We cannot keep properties on the mls long. I think we need to know a lot more about the properties: location, rental price, fixes needed, potential profit. It is a little more difficult to evict tenants however finding a quality tenant and being patient is key.

Hi!

I just left the Maryland State Police Aviation command working as a flight medic after we had our second baby. I initially got my Real Estate License to buy/ sell flips and get rental properties but my business grew. I enjoy working/ teaching first responders the home buying process whether it is investing or their primary residence plus I am still a proud Trooper wife!
