Hi! I’m an investor and Realtor in Maryland! I own 8 doors and have used several different types of financing. Have you began investing? What are your goals?

What is the most well rounded property management software for 10-30 units?  Why? I have tried Rentler and RentSpree so far and still feel as if I am piece mailing some stuff together.

I am not. If you find a group please let me know!

Hi Matt,

How has your real estate journey been? I am a former Maryland State Trooper and was able to leave because of our rental properties.  My husband and I not only own several rental properties but also have flipped a few houses a year.  After 6 years investing I decided to become an agent.  I was a Realtor/ Trooper for about a year and the amount of referrals I got was amazing! The cash flow we had from our rentals gave me the confidence to dive right it and leave MSP.

Hud is currently starting to list Good Neighbor houses.   As a prior law enforcement officer I appreciate your dedication to the community during these hard times!

@Michael Brant

It depends on what area you are in in Glen burnie. I have seen some great deals in Glen burnie. I have one client that bought a few townhouses (c) and is cash-flowing nicely with section 8.

There is also opportunities being close to the airport and Fort Meade.

@Ozzy Sirimsi

I agree! The market is saturated! Take your time and be patient! Make sure the numbers work! Drive around the hospitals and schools. Maybe try calling a nurse recruiter and ask where she/he suggests her nurses go! I work for the Dental school and know a ton of students live in Fells.

@Steve Potash

My husband and I were looking into investing in Frostburg last year but opted not to. We were told that students were supposed to live on campus longer and they were building more student housing. This that correct?
