I found that wood floor plus in Anne arundel had great flooring prices. On our last flip we used Lowe’s for the carpet. It was on sale and they were quick. Time is money!

I agree! Cecil and Harford have been my focal point as well both as an investor and realtor. The numbers work and there are great resources in that area. (Title, banks, contractors, etc)

When buying a move in ready multifamily property , do you recommend buying a home warranty plan for at least the first year? If so, which company do you recommend?

I hope you have met and exceeded your goals! What Fire/EMS agency are you a part of? There are some fantastic programs currently available to help in the buying process right now for first responders.  Take advantage of them!!

BiggerPockets, facebook groups and local investors are great resources.  My clients and I are actively looking for properties in Maryland if you come across anything. Big bonus points if they are in Harford, Baltimore County, Cecil and the Eastern Shore!

I have had great luck in cecil county and on the eastern shore. Both areas have less crime, have a high demand for rental properties and the courts are reasonable. I never have an issue finding qualified, long term tenants.
