Welcome,  What cities are you referring to?  If the foreclosures in those areas are at that pic point the comps in the area might not be that much higher. Send me a message and I'll try to assist you with locating some properties that will fit your criteria.

Hey Cherry, Welcome to BP.  I have my license for 2 months. It is exciting and very challenging.  

I've partnered with Keller Williams.  I have a book that was written by the people that write the test and I passed on the first try. It is 2013 Michigan Real Estate Exam Prep and questions. It really helped me. 

Do you have and idea of who you s want to partner with when you pass your test?

They have a page on meetup. You can sign up for an account and search real estate.  They have all kinds of groups on there.

You can try "rentometer".  It will give you the amounts of what the area is renting for. It will also tell you if you're rent is too high or too low.
