New Member Intro Working in Metro Detroit, Michigan

Hello,

My name is Cierra and I am a new member to Biggerpocket.com. I live in a small suburb outside of Detroit, Mi but I was born and raised in Detroit and I am very active and familiar with the city. Right now I'm a small investor with just my principal residence and 1 rental property. I want to get into wholesaling as soon as possible and start flipping homes by next year. I also will be a licensed agent in the state of Michigan very soon as I take my state exam on Tuesday. I'm looking to learn from any and everyone no matter where you're from and I also would love to start a monthly meet up group for the metro Detroit area or get involved with one that someone else has.
