There are some great under $30K properties in Detroit. You just have to get one on a great block that has one vacancy.

You won't get into downtown with those amounts. They have something available in Woodbridge historic district and north Corktown.  Send me your email. 

It was 8:00 in the morning, obviously no traffic. I wont be purchasing any of these. it was a test but I wont be doing it again.

Those houses will be in these type of areas mostly. If you are unwilling to develop the whole neighborhood, I wouldn't bother. Get a shredder and throw your cash in.
