I am not touching this market with a 10-foot pole.  It's too late to sell and way too early to buy.   Watch out for an exodus from densely-populated cities to suburbs.

In 2-3 years, the RE market will be flooded with foreclosures.

A lot of people are about to become unemployed.  In six months or so, their unemployment benefits will run out boosting rent nonpayment and mortgage delinquency rates.  Foreclosures will follow.

There will be no shortage of foreclosures 2-3 years from now.

Talk to a bankruptcy lawyer.   You may be able to stop the foreclosure and restructure your debts by filing for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
