@Rico Nasol, has to be 80’s or newer, all of ours are in nice parks, we try to stay in the 10-15k purchase and rehab together, we stay out of bad parks and stay away from older than 80 year model homes, I just passed on 3 homes that were totally destroyed, we try to buy homes that have walls electric and plumbing in tact

@Amanda Dantés, we currently invest in Virginia, getting ready to branch out to myrtle beach area, we've been investing in mobile homes about 5 years total
if I was you I would ride the parks you may want to work in and talk to the managers that run the parks to get a good idea what the homes are worth and could possibly sell for.

@Richard Merkuris, paved roads, outdoor lighting and offering trash curbside  would add lots of value with older tenants, if you in southern states pools clubhouses would attract lots of buyers.

@Penny Santa-Barbara, if you are saying that your sis is going to live in the house while you b&b a room in the house then I would split it with her 50/50 above all the expenses
