@Peter Ramirez, if the homes are in parks you will have to find out what other homes in that park are selling for or close by homes in other parks, if its on land it should be like conventional SFH and look it up on the county tax websites
good luck

Depends on your exit strategy?
if your are going to rent and home is in good shape I would just rent it like it is, If renting you can spend money in the home and get it back, if you are reselling for cash u need to find out what other homes hv sold for in that park, same if you selling on a note, every home we do we over rehab them cause we look for good quality tenants cause we either rent or sell on a note, we hv sold a few for cash

Good luck investing Ryan Gandy

@Alvonta Flemings, the way your ad reads it seems like you are preparing to wholesale a few homes in parks, the wholesaling business is a people business so you will need to get out and talk to park owners and managers and let them know your plans and to also get a copy of the parks rules and regs before wholesaling or buying in their parks, yes a business card would help with credibility since most owners as John said will look at you as to young but you only need one park owner to work with you to get started. This business is slow and steady so be patient and take your time,
good luck

the park can make or break your investment, discuss everything with the park before making your purchase, this is the only type of investing we do
good luck

I've never found anything that you can lay your head in as a bad investment, they can be a great investment, you must fix the issues just like with a traditional SFH, they are all we invest in today

we love mobiles
