@Cody Cabral, I vote manufactured homes, the demand for affordable housing is huge in this country, cost to build will be much cheaper and will rent for the same price, good luck

@Account Closed, definitely check all the mechanicals first thing they can increase rehab cost quickly including that roof, if its snow covered as it melts it will tell you if the roof is leaking
we love MH's they are all we do now so don't pay any attention to the negative comments you will get from other people, they are a great way to change your life

@TJ I..   I used a young lady from the Philippines to find parks for us to work in or buy trailers in, her list seemed to be pretty good and she was not very expensive, her name is Julie Ann Jabagot 

I know the person not personally that runs the above mentioned course, they have lots to offer, I learned by doing which is often the hard way, good luck to you

Before buying this park talk to the govt that regulates the WWTP In your area to make sure it is compliant, if not they can close your park down or at the very least cost tons of money to get unit into compliance
