Updating Kitchen in older trailer

We are currently purchasing our first rental property in Eatonton, GA. Its an older trailer on a popular lake. We are currently want to make a few upgrades to be able to maximize our rental income. Do you recommend replacing cabinets? They seem to be in good condition? We will definitely be replacing counter tops and possibly appliances. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
