Renatus?
Has anyone done the Renatus program? Worth it or just another scam? I have an old military buddy that did it and it appears he got a lot out of it and is now making money in real estate. He's recommended it to me several times but he's also one of their members that gets money every time they bring someone new in. Just curious what others thought.
Use the search function for this one. The topic bounces around every so often. Welcome, by the way~ I highly recommend the podcasts.
Hey man im a Savannah investor and I have done and made the Renatus program a part of my business its a great way to learn and make some extra coin.
@Gregory Gadson what is the Renatus program?
It's a Real Estate Education program. They teach people what they want to know without out all the fluff and they have a pretty cool community of mentors and Renatus associates that help you along the way. They have daily webinars, you can call your mentor pretty much 24/7, so it's real interaction. But what is really cool is you can get between 1000-10000 dollars in commissions for signing people up who want to learn about real estate. There is no limit, they do monthly/yearly bonuses and pretty much they make it able to make money to invest in real estate. I listened to the podcast along with my Renatus education and I do think the podcast helped me A LOT but I do enjoy the commissions And that's just another piece of my "puzzle" now. I do share my commissions for referals as well. I can send you a brief webbinar explaining a little better if you'd like
@Gregory Gadson
Hi, I attended the Renatus 2 hour seminar in North CA last night. I also tried to listen to today's 9 to 5 live presentation. Too much info! The presenters are truly investors themselves. They show some creative ways to borrow money or to payoff debt using credit lines but their disclaimer is to see your cpa and/or lawyer. Everyon is different. They do share their secrets in how you can buy RE using credit lines to pay down your mortgage off in 7 to 10 years. Lots of cool info. I tried getting heloc from my large bank, However I was denied due to my income. if you can't get the credit lines for some reason from your bank then they have resources for that, even their own cpa you can use for a fee. The essentials classes are $2000, & if you add the advanced like fish & flip, multifamily, is another $6k. Or marketing the program is $125 for some commissions on people u bring to sign up.
Are there any inactive members that would let me join their businesses and let me pay for my part out of the earnings? I don't care if they are qualified or not. Just looking for other options to get started with the combo package. I was told to go find someone to partner with, but would rather partner with someone who has already paid and they can take my part out of the earnings directly.
My 2 cents is it is worth the investment. I tried other programs and Renatus is very different. I enrolled in 2016 and there were 43 courses. Now in 2019, there are over 60 courses and I paid nothing extra. It's more than just real estate. It's business and financial literacy. Now, I still work a full time job and like anything else, you get out what you put in. What I like is that All the information I need is in one place with no up-sell... I can apply the knowledge and leverage other experienced investors in the community and grow my own experience and portfolio. So take my experience for what it's worth. The real question is what will YOU do. I can point to many success stories, so their program does work for those who plug in and apply the education. I even see seasoned investors enroll in the program because they get more deals faster.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Hello All,
I joined Renatus 4 months ago and it is the best quality education I have ever seen. With no RE background and a full time job I was still able to create the right entity I needed, develop a powerful tax strategy, found a partner to invest with, and about to close on a rehab where we will both make $25k+. The mentoring is amazing. Its like an ecosystem, meaning anyone I need to do a deal, is here in the community (title people, attorneys, brokers, accountants, private money, hard money, etc) The affiliate program is optional. But I thought it was a no brainer. If I meet someone who wants to do what I do, I share the same opportunity I had and get a decent "thank you" bonus from the Education company.
I hear some people had a bad experience, and I'm sorry to hear that. Mine has been nothing but great. At the pace I am going, I will be firing my boss at my JOB in about a year.
Good luck to all my fellow investors out there.

I went to a Renatus meeting in Denver weeks before the pandemic. This is after having done over 250 deals and I honestly felt like David Koresh or Jim Jones were back from the dead and lurking nearby. It was that cultish!

The 7 Day Test Drive Link is indeed an Affiliate Link and the Commission is $25. If you feel it needs to be taken down I can do that for you.

🟢 Pros and 🚩Cons of Renatus Education: A Personal Experience
When I initially decided to pursue real estate education, I chose Renatus. As a total beginner at the time, I found the educational content helpful and informative. However, as with any program, it comes with both advantages and drawbacks.
Pros:
1. Valuable Network: One of the key benefits of Renatus is access to a network of contacts, which can be crucial for growing your real estate business.
2. **Comprehensive Content:** The educational materials provided are detailed and cover a wide range of topics, such as fix-and-flips, rentals, and creative financing strategies. For those who are proactive, these resources can be incredibly beneficial.
3. **Expert Guidance:** Working closely with the Renatus head coach proved to be a better path for me. Their guidance tends to be more consistent and reliable compared to the marketers associated with the program.
### **Cons:**
1. **Inconsistent Support:** A major downside is the lack of consistent support from marketers. While they are eager to sell the program—often because they receive a significant commission—many are unavailable or untrained to provide assistance after the sale.
2. **Overpromising and Underdelivering:** In my experience, some marketers employed questionable tactics, such as making exaggerated claims and using high-pressure scarcity pitches. For example, promises of guaranteed funding for deals were not upheld in my case.
3. **Limited Flexibility in Marketing:** The program often promotes fix-and-flip strategies, which may not align with everyone’s investment goals. For those interested in rental properties or other approaches, the marketing focus can feel misaligned.
4. **Ethical Concerns:** At the time I joined, certain marketing tactics raised red flags for me. Some approaches felt legally and ethically questionable, particularly for someone trying to transition quickly out of a 9-to-5 role.
**Advice for Future Participants:**
If you decide to join Renatus, focus on building a relationship with the head coach rather than relying solely on the marketers. Be cautious of any promises that seem too good to be true, especially around funding or guarantees of success. Always approach such claims with a critical eye.
This education has potential, but like any tool, it only works if you put in the effort and stay vigilant against common pitfalls. To anyone considering this or similar programs, weigh the pros and cons carefully and stay proactive in your learning journey.
