@Renee Wurth if you haven’t chosen a program yet I am interested in splitting Renatus with someone if interested.

Hello BP,

I understand that a large portion of what an investor needs to know can be found here on BP or from an internet search (add in some due diligence).  With that being said, has anyone paid for a program, coach, education, "guru" or any other form of real estate education that was hands down worth the cost and has your stamp of approval?

If so, can you provide a reason(s) why you think that particular education was worth it?

Again, I understand one of the best returns is putting in the work and learning as much as possible for free (connecting in local groups, meetups, BP) and 100% agree and have done that. I am mostly posting for general discussion and identifying programs that may stand out as superior to others.

Thank you!
