Savannah does have its own Club you can go on Facebook and search up Savannah REIA and it'll pop up.

I've been to a meeting and it was great. I met a lot of people zone of them have BP accounts but i was ( still am) new when i went and they were very welcoming.

Everyone got to say what they were looking for and there were a few other COMPLETELY new people too.

So I have a quick question you guys where are the best places online to find Rent to own homes? My lease is up in a few months but I'll be darned if I rent out another apartment. Call me crazy. Let me know what y'all think.

It doesn't matter how long you've been doing it. If the numbers are there that's what matters so don't worry about that & the deal is fair go with it. If the seller agrees to sell it to you and you know them or trust them to be a good character I guess but the contract is the " lockdown ". Not sure the situation but if they won't sign maybe give em a little down payment show them you're serious too..

I'd say put a post on the bigger pockets market place if you haven't done so already and see what you get or even go to your local REIA meeting and put an ask who wants to partner up. Talk to local investors who there you got the numbers and the property I'm sure somebody would jump right on it!

Welcome to BP Erica! I'm in the process of listening to all the podcast like they are school seminars. I'm saying that to say you'll always be learning something putting more tools in your tool box as they say lol... We are all in the same boat I think or at least the big fish once were so don't be skeptical. You got this far lol keep on swimming like you know where you going and you gonna get there! they say after the first deal it's no sweat so just keep that in mind keep your goals in mind and you'll be on top of the game. I'm trying to start a creative investing investment company and I'd love to share what I'm doing and maybe it can help you make sense of some stuff

You can take inspiration from anywhere! At the end of the day I'm realizing that it's all a game so you have to be a student of not just. Real estate but life. At some point if done right they do intersect.  Even a child can tell you something that can make you think and move a totally different way! Take what you can from something ( a book life music etc ) and use that as brain fuel apply your life and the bigger picture and move the best way possible always expanding don't discard something that someone gives just because they stop talking about what " you" were expecting. Take it for what it is to you then put the rest on ice. Save it I. The tool box if you will. Find people who are aligned with you on some level and that you feel you like as a person!!  ( my soul makes all my final decisions )
