Official diary of the Summit
I open this topic for all of us who not be able to come to the summit.
Summit attendees please write your daily experiences in this daybook maybe with some pictures if possible. So we can participate with you :).
And now, please enjoy!

I really wanted to attend, but just couldn't get away as I had a court hearing (motion to annul a fake BK recording on a house I won on the courthouse steps - but that's a whole 'nuther thread!) blah blah blah. I won't miss the next one, that's for sure. I hope there will be some online videos, or downloads available!
Thank you Joshua Dorkin! The summit has been fantastic!
What are the dates for next year?
The best $200 bucks I ever spent!
It has been an amazing event! I am walking away many new things and new connections.
Thanks Josh!
Learned more from this convention than any other 4 real estate conventions I visit a year!!!
3 days of straight networking
30 + people connected with
Over 20 hours of instruction
Awesome.
Awesome event! Can't ask for anything better. Learned so much and met so many amazing people! Lots of thanks to Josh and everyone who made it happen.
The quality was much more than I expected and it certainly was worth travelling 15 hours from Japan! Thank you Josh and I look forward to next years event!

My local REI club is nonexistent. I'd love to create a local BiggerPockets chapter! This is AWESOME!
I have thoroughly enjoyed this conference. I feel like I have gotten to meet most of you guys on this forum. Formed some relationships I feel like will last a lifetime! Love Bigger Pockets-loved this summit!!!!

Tak, it was great to meet you. Thanks for coming so far to join us.
Fantastic event! My goal is to grow my small business and I came away with ways to do that. Mostly the summit helped reinforce what I need to do but is hard for me to do. One word summs it up for me and that is focus. And Rich Weese you are the man even though you are a Cougar fan. Go Utes. Oh and Rich if you are ever in SLC and need dinner company, my wife would love to have a dinner table filled with Cougar fans. Now off to read Rich's book.
Waiting in Denver airport to board my plane back to SLC. Conference was awesome, and I feel like I made some good new friends. Definitely have some take away stuff from the conference to implement into my business.
Thanks again to Josh for setting up such a great event!
I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to be surrounded by likeminded
people for 2 days. Thank you Josh for making this happen. As a former meeting planner I know the work and logistics involved. You and your team hit it out of the park!
Great information, great speakers, great attendees, it was just great!!! Thanks to all who created, supported, hosted, and attended, I look forward to much more participation in the BP forums now, for what I can gain and what I can offer. Denver was a blast!
Having spoken at many seminars in the past, i assure everyone this one was different from the start to finish. The attitude, comraderie and friendship was outstanding. Everyone was open and sharing. I didn't talk to a single attendee that was disappointed.
It was super to put personalities with the faces. I appreciate all those that voted me the best Hair of the seminar!
We just finished hanging out in the lobby at 1 a.m. No one wanted to leave and the conversation was great. In speaking with many of the presenters, all were hopeing to be invited again. This is always a good sign that they were accepted well.
On a personal note, thank you to all those attendees who attended by session and made my effort worth it and thanked me. The trip was well worth it.
Gary, thanks for the kind words and invite! Good night to all. Rich
Nathan Greg and I went to the Colorado Avalanche hockey game. I tried to be an Avs fan for the night but the Dallas Stars fan in me was excited when they lost in OT. This whole weekend was really a great experience. Josh and Denver have been a wonderful host. There's a handful of us still going! I'm in for next year!
Heading to airport now. Just got done reviewing all my notes from the great sessions. The wife and I had a blast and is great meeting new people. I also got to thank guys like Rich Weese and Jeff Brown for helping me over the years. Look forward to next year
Good investing
It was great meeting everyone and hearing the speakers. The networking and after hours conversations were inspirational. Thanks to Josh and his family and friends for hosting this summit.
We have been given a lot of how and why's. We spent the money and time to come here and learn. It is now up to each of us to do something productive with the information shared. There is only one guarantee, in one year you will be one year older. How is the information learned going to change your life over the next 1,5, or 10 years? It's entirely up to you.
Good luck and happy hunting.

Thanks for all the kind words. Please keep the stories coming!
Incredible event Joshua Dorkin, it was a pleasure meeting you, your Mom and Mom-in-Law! It was interesting to find you out you are a fellow "Long Islander" or should I say "lawn-guyland-er"!
Thanks for all you and your family/friends did. BTW, if you need help next year, I will be glad too, I can stuff things or whatever!
