Hello Josh and colleagues,

After 15 hours of flights I am finally back in the land of Rising Sun, but due to jetlag, I have been up since 2:30am talking to my property managers in America!

I would like to say thank you again to Josh and everyone I met over there for being so warm and welcoming for out of town guys like me. I truly enjoyed meeting with and benefited from both high quality speakers and investor colleagues.

I will be promoting BP here on my own since I will be wearing its only one T shirt available in this country! You never know, you guys may wish to come over here to hold the next year's conference near Mr Fuji !
