to cut a long story short it change one's ways the work, the family and so on. There were good times here on BP and I would come back but had no time. I know poor excuse :).

I saw many of the other "old hero's" here didn't replied so they inactive like me I guess.

Hi all and thanks for all your wishes. All okay with me but it's really busy  for me since 2 years so I had no much time. I will try to come more often @Will Barnard .

@Rich Weese I'm more less here in last two years ten times only not more. I wonder how it's outgoing with the designed house in Texas it is build?

@Mark Yuschak  Oh yes these times was outstanding it's revive many memories like the house with the water pump issue.

@Jon Klaus you remember our Boxer Property talk or the Multifamily Auction in Dallas with one other member from BP? It was so thrilling :).

@Joshua Dorkin is there any new BP conference planned? I read today the "Diary" from the first one in Denver it was so impressive.

@Joel Owens  just connected on Twitter. If you remember my planned commercial project in the US, I'm at the finish and start early 2015 with it. It took many time and attention.

@Ted Akers  still in Transactional funding? Good to know :). Maybe we can talk after my commercial project had a auspicious start.
