Is there any way to legally and ethically have my girlfriend purchase a small multi-family property with an FHA loan even though she lives with me in my primary residence?  Shes contributes to the mortgage payment but...

it was suggested by Al Aiello to create a lien on the rental property to make it appear that there is no equity. I believe using my own LLC is acceptable.

Wanted to see if anyone has ever done it.
