Using the internet or going to town hall, get the addresses of the owners and mail them a simple letter telling them you buy properties.This self compiled list is a much better target and you only end up mailing 100 or so very good targets instead of wasting money mailing regular homeowners who will never discount their properties.Make sense?

.* Currently in the middle of selling a SFH using a 1031 Exchange into a 4 unit property I am also taking a  college classes for a business degree.I find that a "Business" Degree isn't doing it for me and feel that I should focus my attention on internet marketing, and marketing in general.I feel that marketing can go hand in hand with my current business and my Real Estate business or if I decide to start any new streams of income to provide passive income I can do that too, or freelance  as a business, or work for a company.

I also know the internet is fleeting, and while we may do well today, Google's algorithms and a million other things could change up the game tomorrow.I have most of my cash invested in my current businesses, but I'm at the point where I'm looking for my next path.  

I read decent reviews online, but I am always wary of "pure internet player" much easier to fall into a scam.

A doctor that's "prescribing" based on an internet form is probably guilty of malpractice, and certainly shouldn't hold up as evidence of any disability.It might also be worth calling the agency that enforces this stuff and asking them directly.
