Real Estate Mentor - San Antonio

Newer member to the BP community living in the San Antonio area. My life has slowed (career, school, family) to the point where I am ready to get to work with real estate investing. I am looking for a mentor in the area where i could tag along and learn from. I don't mind getting dirty in rehabs/flips for free as the experience is all i want out of it. I am relatively financially independent and my work is very flexible giving me lots of free time. I am highly educated, professional and extremely focused. If there is anyone out there who wants to pass on some knowledge please PM me. Thank you. Respectfully Shaun Hurtado

Since you have more time on your hands, you might want to fill out your profile. That is usually the first step.

Then start listening to the podcasts. There are over 200 of them.

When you say you are highly educated, does that mean you have several doctorates??

There are a number of mentorships out there. Some cost several $1000, some cost $50k+. It really depends on what you want out of a mentorship. There are lots of forums here also that are free. They have lot of valuable information, you just have to dig for the questions that you want answered.
