The bigger, the better and easier
Spend long time eduction and contact with the people in the apartment building area.
Already got the logic of the bigger, the better and easier. But how can someone jump into the bigger game (>100 units)? Without experience, track record and reputation, how can someone get into this bigger game?
Right now,I can start with small size (~20 units),even I use value add strategies successfully and trade bigger and bigger, it still takes time for me to get into the real bigger game, any good path for that?
I am in my earlier career phase, so I focused on equity more than cash flow and have to value play game to build wealth.Need suggestion for the path to jump into bigger.
Thank you

That's it, you have to put in the time and learn your craft. Patience and diligence is what it takes.
If you are impatient you are more likely to make bad or reckless decisions.
Start small and work on your presence in your market, it's not going to happen over night.
