Lenders always prefer to be in first lien position, meaning, if you don't pay your mortgage, they have your house. escrow uses the total an interview in the new mortgages, pays off your previous mortgage balance, takes out misc fees, and pays you th difference.

I am unemployable in the parlance of our time. if I went for a job interview and they asked me what my salary expectations were I would blurt that out they would think that is yearly and what I really mean is monthly  :)but its not been a bed of roses but I would not trade it for anything..

I was recently bought out of my last startup (an email technology company), and I've been trying to interview residential rental property owners (single family and small multi-family properties) who use / have used property managers, to learn more about what they like and dislike about their current and past managers.If anyone has a spare 15 minutes, I'd really love to chat!
