Hi everyone, I have recently moved out of my townhome in Issaquah and I am looking to rent it in the near future. I have a full time job, and contrary to probably a lot of you, I am not interested in doing real estate full time. However, I am interested in keeping my property as an investment by renting it and keeping it in good physical and financial shape for as long as it makes sense.

I found this awesome website on a search engine that pointed me to the "How to rent your house" article. There is so much to read, so much to learn! Thank you so much for all the blog posts and all the awesome forum posts.
