Being the New Guy!!!
My name is Rob I'm a new real estate agent in Columbus Ohio GO BUCKS!!! I need help trying to figure out ALL the documentation that goes with a home purchase. Since being in the business I've yet to: write an offer, set up or attend a closing (that wasn't for my own home purchase). I don't seem to have a problem talking with people and getting them to want to work with me. I'm just concerned that as far as the paperwork is concerned I might be missing something. In a perfect world I'd have someone to walk me through this process from "Listing to Closing" just once! Once I've done it once my "rubber meets the road" I feel that I could be VERY successful! But until I get this paperwork under my belt I feel like THAT'S whats keeping me from doing ALL of the other things that go into becoming a successful real estate agent. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
