what service do you use to find past evictions on tenants? Want to protect myself in case they lie on application. In Louisiana, thanks

I use http://www.landlordstation.com/

It is such a nifty service. It gives a great little presentation, which includes a suggestion to rent or not based on the specific Apartment cost and their finances and financial past,   that my landlords love. Pulls Credit Background. Soft or Hard Pulls and checks for evictions!!!
