Would you happen to have a pest control company as well?

Nothing worse then sending the wrong postcard to a prospect.If I didn't have my own company I would probably fight through the frustration at C2M and use them, even Action is a great company, and I do like the concept of PostcardMania.

All furnished - targeting traveling professionals.Has anyone found an insurance company who has realized traveling professionals needing a furnished rental but not for an entire year are some of the best tenants possible and offer reasonable rates?

I hired a logging company they did it all I just collected my share of sale of the logs to the mill  

I spoke with a friend and he purchased a package from them and was not impressed as the company kept wanting more money from them.

If he has subcontractors like plumbers or electricians I pay their bills but if he has a day laborer for something small and fast like to paint one room he usually pays those one off expenses under his company.

Has any one worked in multifamily investing with these 2 companies?

I'm considering firing my management company and managing them myself, hiring one full time maintenance person.
