                       Happy new yr!! How are you? Has any one worked in multifamily investing with these 2 companies?

2) https://waahecapital.com 

If yes what has been your experience so far? Im considering syndications with them so wanted to know the first hand reviews. Plz post your valuable insights and suggestions as well, about what to look for before jumping into multifamily/apartment investing, hidden costs involved, anything else.
